You are responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships. You serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients at once. Your duties may range from addressing clients' concerns to sharing news that may affect future projects. This professional may communicate with clients via phone calls, email messages and in-person meetings. You display a friendly, approachable demeanor so that clients can feel comfortable and seek assistance when necessary.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as an Account Director.
Proven management experience.
Knowledge of market research techniques.
Working knowledge of CRM software.
Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
